Cardio: 35 Minutes Elliptical, 20 Incline 7 Level

Meal 1: almonds, 2 slices pepper jack cheese

Meal 2: Large salad with onion, peppers, cheese, chickpeas, croutons and yogurt ranch

1 Gallon Water

Lift: Arms+Glutes-

Bicep curls: 20x8,15x8,10x8

Donkey kicks with ankle weights and dumbells: 15x15,10x15,5x15

Tricep extensions: 10x8,5x8,10x8

Fire hydrants with ankle weights: x30

Hammer curls: 20x8, 15x8,10x8 Jumping Squats with ankle weights and dumbbells: 20x8, 15x8

Bench press with dumbbells: 30x8,20x8,30x8
